As we approach the end of an unusually challenging year filled with many stressful moments where we have had to adapt and learn new ways of living, it is vitally important to remember that the paths we walk are not all the same and some have struggled more than others.
For the month of November, RADA again focuses on orphans, the elderly and the homeless in our society.
RADA believes in a exchange of energy and we celebrate those people making a difference in the community, those individuals who take care of the children in the orphanages, the elderly in homes, the sick, the homeless, they are angels in the community who act as role models, showing that we as people are able to rise above our circumstances and collectively make a difference.
Citizens of South Africa take a moment and do something meaningful for those around you. Let go of judgmental, negative and hopeless thoughts, don’t let them control your behaviour. This world may feel broken, but there is beauty in it. Cultivate hope and inspiration in your life and the lives of others. Get involved and do the good that you can, in the place where you are, with the tools and the people around you.
We should strive to have goals in our lives that are larger than the day’s headlines, or what is currently trending on social media.
Remember that you can make a difference, when you change yourself, you raise your resonance, creating a ripple effect of positive change in the world around you. You don’t have to be exceptional. You don’t have to exert yourself beyond your means. In the end, all it takes is to do one small thing differently, empowering others with the belief that they are able to and should, do the same..
