Local transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
The total order price will include the applicable tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). RADA reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Should RADA reduce its price on any shipped products within ten (10) working days from the date of the shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days from the date of the shipment.
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready! Sorry for the inconvenience.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load RADA HAVEN as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
Updating of the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these terms & conditions from time to time. Changes to the terms & conditions will become effective upon such changes been posted to the website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check the terms & conditions on the website for changes and/or updates. The User’s continued use of the website following the posting of changes and/or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by the terms & conditions, including such changes and/or updates.
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the website. We may investigate any reported violation of the terms & conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the website).
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please e-mail RADA your invoice number and complaint describing the product condition within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery to email@example.com or alternatively call head office at (011) 540 0200 to obtain an authorisation for returns.
Unauthorised returns may be refused or disregarded by RADA. When RADA authorises a return of the product, RADA will e-mail you a RMC (return merchandise code) number and instructions for sending the returned product to the respective authorized merchant.
Should you not be 100% satisfied with the product we will refund you in full by means of an EFT. Please specify via an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org what your dissatisfaction is. The e-mail will assist RADA in improving the quality of the product.
Damaged/defective products must be returned securely packaged and wrapped. RADA will not be responsible for the delivery cost of your returned product. Upon receiving the product, the authorized merchant will examine and test the defective product in accordance with the complaint. Should the defect you have described be found valid, the authorising merchant will deliver you a replacement. Should RADA not be able to provide a replacement product for any reason, RADA shall refund you by means of an EFT upon receipt of your banking details.
Any prices found on our website serve for reference purposes only. Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated the price quoted shall include the price for the goods, any taxes, duties and charges of any nature whatsoever imposed by any law, regulation or enactment of whatsoever nature. Delivery is not included in the prices of individual items.
When you make a purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by the terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through the site unless you understand and agree to all our terms & conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms & conditions for such purchase. Aramex Couriers is the preferred supplier. The fee charge for next day delivery is R 99 per parcel. Aramex Couriers operates from selected Pick n Pay counters to physical address. Note that prices may increase without prior notice. Unfortunately RADA cannot control this factor.
Regions that are not considered as major regions within South Africa, will take up to three (3) days for delivery. The waiver form filled in upon shipment contains a code which will serve as a tracking device. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Order processing will not begin until we have received a confirmed order and full payment thereof.
RADA will not take responsibility for wrong orders submitted by you. Therefore, we ask that you please ensure that you have chosen the correct item and quantity before submitting your order. Once orders have been processed we will confirm your order with a notification via your e-mail address provided.
I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to RADA and hereby accept the terms & conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by RADA for any civil action and/or any legal action deemed necessary against me.

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 10:00.
Should the product not be in stock please allow ten (10) working days plus freight transit time.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence RADA will contact you via e-mail and provide a revised shipping schedule.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the website (or any part thereof) with or without notice and confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or
- Change the terms & conditions from time to time and the continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change(s) shall be deemed to be acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the terms & conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change(s) to the terms & conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.
- We endeavour to maintain the website. The website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the website and/or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the website due to unforeseen circumstances.
