Shift your perspective and treat others the way you want to be treatedDuring April RADA focuses on those individuals working in the service industry we ask that you take time to think about the restaurant workers, entertainers, cashiers, domestic workers, farmers, the list just goes on. Consider the struggles of others and support where you can. Small acts of kindness make an impact, so make that impact a positive one. Sometimes all it takes to change someone’s day, is a smile or a friendly greeting. Treat everyone as your equal, with respect and kindness. Let us think before we act.
Undefeated - official music videoUndefeated speaks about finding inner strength to rise-up and move forward. Steven Lee Lewis 'Getting Closer' Live In StudioSteven Lee Lewis' single, 'Getting Closer' forms part of RADA’s third music album,RADA vol. 2 featuring well known and new South African artists. “This track featuring Steven Lee Lewis has a very urban feel to it”, says Howie Combrink, producer and owner of The Hit Lab recording studio in Johannesburg.
You might recognise Steven Lee from the group FOUR that won X-Factor back in 2014. He is now pursuing his solo singing career. His brand new pop/dance single called “Getting Closer” produced and written by Howie Combrink in partnership with RADA, a non-profit organization that helps support those affected by Rape, Alcohol, Drug and Abuse, is doing very well on social media including TikTok and is available on all digital platforms.
Although new to the music market, Steven has worked with some well-known artists, this includes having recorded a single in New York, alongside Wyclef Jean and Fergie from The Black-Eyed Peas, called Holiday. He has also had the opportunity to open for international super stars such as Nicki Minaj and One Direction. Steven Lee has travelled and performed all over South Africa and has wowed people with his roles on TV, in local movie productions and adverts.
