Encouraging society to celebrate women is always a priority for RADA, especially during August as part of the RADA Inspire campaign. It’s a time to honour the incredible women who influence our lives. From mothers and wives to colleagues and friends, there are many women with unique stories that inspire and reflect positive strength and endurance.
Every woman’s journey is filled with unique experiences that shape who she is. Be encouraged to acknowledge your story and the power it holds. It has the potential to motivate others, don’t be afraid to share what you have learnt and embrace your individuality.
RADA aims to empower all women to reach their full potential. Through ongoing sponsorship specifically for the RADA MiPad Project, over 19,431 sustainable reusable sanitary pads (MiPads) have been distributed to girls in vulnerable communities. Since MiPads have a lifespan of up to five years, the initiative enables girls to attend class throughout their high school years, ensuring they have the opportunity to complete their education. By supporting the RADA MiPad Project an investment is made that positively influences a young girl’s life, promoting her self-esteem, sense of equality and enthusiasm for a brighter future.
