During November RADA focuses on orphans, the elderly and the homeless including the special individuals who take care of them each day. It is often a thankless task that requires physical and mental strength. These selfless caregivers are the people who make a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable living in our communities.
Let us celebrate them by also being mindful of the way in which we interact with those around us. What we do for others does not always need to be big or bold, it just needs to be done with sincerity, kindness, and love, that’s what makes the difference. The world is changed by those who care and those who love.
We cannot control everything that happens in the world. We should therefore choose to look for and focus on the good things in our everyday lives. This has a way of bringing about positive change from within, which in-turn, impacts those around us.
Feelings of anxiety are often released when we change our focus, thus by doing something nice for someone else aimed at making them happy tends to create an overall sense of well-being and positivity.
Humanity should continuously stive towards being kinder, more caring with the constant acknowledgment that we are all connected. It begins with you, creating change one day at a time with the belief in a better and more positive tomorrow.
Be the Way. Be the Change. One Day at a Time.
